Your teeth are bones. Make sure you are getting enough calcium in your diet (milk, cheese, etc,) to prevent weak bones including your teeth. Do you know how they are chipping? Are you banging your fork on your teeth when you eat? Just be careful about what goes in your mouth and how hard. And get all of the nutrition you need to keep your bones healthy.

I have to disagree with balerin. Your teeth are not bones and once erupted calcium will not strengthen them. It may be that the problem is with your bite or you may be grinding them while you sleep and they are getting worn and thin. This makes them more susceptible to chipping. You should see a dentist to determine the cause so that you can prevent further damage and possibly repair the ones that are weak and chipping. Good luck.
